Questions
Do I need VanlyGo Pro to send anything?
No. VanlyGo Free sends 3 invoices or estimates a month, with unlimited customers and items. Pro removes that limit and the VanlyGo footer.
Can I take card payments on Free?
Card payment links are part of VanlyGo Pro. Free accounts can still send invoices and mark them paid when the money arrives.
Is stock tracking compulsory?
No. Stock is an optional VanlyGo Pro setting. If you only want a price list, leave it switched off.
Does VanlyGo replace my accountant?
No. VanlyGo is estimate and invoice paperwork, not accounting software. Pro can export a spreadsheet you send to whoever does your books.
