Privacy policy

VanlyGo is a product of Vanly Trade Management Ltd. This policy applies to the VanlyGo app and website.

Last updated: 11 September 2026.

Who we are

Vanly Trade Management Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides VanlyGo. Contact: support@getvanly.co.uk.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and, if you use a sign-in provider, the name that provider shares with us.

You may enter a business profile (name, country, currency, tax settings, address, phone, bank details for invoices, logo) plus customers, estimates, invoices, items, saved jobs, receipts and optional stock records. We store that data so you can use the service. Receipt photos and your logo are stored as files you upload.

If you send an estimate or invoice by email we keep a delivery log (sent, opened, clicked, viewed) so you can see customer activity. Public estimate and invoice links show the details you chose to send. If a customer accepts an estimate we store the name they type and technical details of that visit, such as IP address and browser type.

If you turn on notifications we store a device token so we can tell you when something happens on an estimate or invoice.

The mobile app sends crash and performance reports (device type, app version, and the error) so we can fix faults. It also sends Google Analytics 4 events for app opens, screens you open (such as a new estimate, an invoice, or VanlyGo Pro), account creation, and VanlyGo Pro subscriptions. We do not send your email, customer names, or document contents. We do not use this for advertising.

If you accept card payments from your customers, Stripe collects the payment details they enter. That money goes to your Stripe account, not to VanlyGo. We store your connected-account status so we can create a payment link for an invoice.

VanlyGo Pro is billed through the store where you downloaded the app. We receive a purchase token from that store so we can unlock Pro on your account. We do not take card details for VanlyGo Pro.

On this website we load a font from Google. That request can include your IP address. We also use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-F6WQHJLETW) to see which pages are used. We do not use this for advertising.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account (the contract for the service), send the emails you ask us to send, show public estimate and invoice links, send optional notifications, keep the app reliable, provide optional card payment links for your customers, and keep VanlyGo Pro in sync with the store that billed it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use your invoices or customers to train public AI models.

Who processes it

Some of these processors are outside the UK. They handle data under their own terms and standard transfer contracts.

How long we keep it

We keep account and business data while the account exists. Public estimate and invoice links expire after 90 days. If you delete your account we remove customers, estimates, invoices, items, saved jobs, receipts, stock records, email logs, notification tokens, stored files and the sign-in account. Crash reports already sent may remain with the crash service for a short time.

Cancelling VanlyGo Pro does not delete the account. Delete the account in Settings, or email us from the address on the account if you no longer have the app.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, this includes the UK GDPR, Ireland’s GDPR, applicable US state privacy laws (including the right to delete), Canada’s PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Principles, and New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020.

You can correct business details in the app. You can delete your account in Settings: the screen lists what we remove, you type delete, and we erase the stored data. You can also email support@getvanly.co.uk to ask what we hold or to request deletion. See Delete your account.

Children

VanlyGo is for people aged 16 or over who run a business. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. Continued use of VanlyGo after a change means you accept the updated policy.
