Terms of service

VanlyGo is provided by Vanly Trade Management Ltd. These terms apply to the VanlyGo app and website. By creating an account, or by using a public estimate or invoice link, you agree to them.

The service

VanlyGo lets you create estimates and invoices, keep customers, items and saved jobs, send a PDF by email, and share a public link. You can convert an accepted estimate to an invoice. Optionally you can track stock, store receipt photos, send reminders, export for an accountant, and take card payments from your customers.

This website is for information, support, and those public customer links. Your customers do not need a VanlyGo account to view a document, accept an estimate, or pay an invoice.

VanlyGo is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you send, for any tax you charge, and for the work you agree with your customers.

Accounts

You must be 16 or over and use VanlyGo for a business. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on the account.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. See Delete your account. Deleting the account does not cancel VanlyGo Pro charges from the store where you subscribed. Cancel there first if you pay for Pro.

Your documents and public links

You own the content you enter (customers, line items, notes, logos, receipt photos). You give us permission to store it, generate PDFs, send the emails you ask for, and show public pages so the service can run.

A public estimate or invoice link can be opened by anyone who has it. Share it only with the people you mean to. Links expire after 90 days. If a customer accepts an estimate, that acceptance is between you and them. We record the name they type and technical details of the visit. We do not check who they are.

Emails and notifications

If you send an estimate or invoice by email, or export records to an accountant, you must have the right to contact that address. Optional device notifications tell you when something happens on a document you sent.

VanlyGo Free and VanlyGo Pro

VanlyGo Free is included with an account. Free accounts can send 3 invoices or estimates per month. Documents include VanlyGo branding. Customers, items and saved jobs are unlimited.

VanlyGo Pro removes the send limit and branding, and unlocks a business logo and document style, invoice reminders, receipts, stock, the home money dashboard, accountant export, and card-payment links for your invoices. The price shown in the app is the localized price for the store where you downloaded the app. We do not take card details for VanlyGo Pro.

Pro renews until you cancel. Manage or cancel from Manage subscription in the app, which opens the subscription settings on this device. If a purchase does not unlock, use Restore purchases. Refunds for Pro are handled by that store, not by us. Cancelling Pro does not delete your account or your documents.

Customer card payments

If you turn on card payments, your customers pay you through Stripe. That money goes to your Stripe account, not to Vanly Trade Management Ltd. Stripe’s terms also apply. You are responsible for refunds, disputes and tax on those payments. We only store your connected-account status so we can create a payment link.

Acceptable use

Do not use VanlyGo to send unlawful content, spam, or documents you do not have the right to send. Do not try to break or overload the service. We may suspend an account that harms the service or other people.

Availability

We aim to keep VanlyGo running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features can change. If these terms change we will update this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Vanly Trade Management Ltd is not liable for lost profits, lost data, missed payments, or documents you send that are wrong or late. Nothing in these terms limits liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.
