Customers
Save a customer once with their phone, email and address. The next estimate or invoice picks them from the list instead of you typing the address again on a doorstep.
Each customer record shows what they owe, what they have paid, and every estimate and invoice you have sent them. You can start a new estimate or invoice straight from that screen.
Items and services
Save the work you do repeatedly as items, grouped as services, labour or products. Each one keeps its own price and unit — per hour, per metre, or each — so a quote is a few taps rather than mental arithmetic.
Add items to a document from your list, or type a one-off line when a job is unusual. Saved jobs go one step further and group several lines you always quote together.
Customers and items are unlimited on VanlyGo Free. The monthly limit applies to sending documents, not to how much you keep.
Optional stock
VanlyGo Pro can track stock counts on items if you carry materials. It is off unless you turn it on, so a price list stays a price list.
Questions
Are customers limited on the free plan?
No. Customers and items are unlimited on Free and Pro. VanlyGo Free limits how many estimates and invoices you send each month.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Not in the current app. Add customers as you quote them, or save one before you start the document. Anything we cannot do today does not appear as a feature on this site.
What is a saved job?
A group of priced lines you quote together, so a familiar job can be added to an estimate in one go instead of line by line.
Do I have to use stock?
No. Stock counts are an optional VanlyGo Pro setting. Leave it off and items stay a simple price list.
