Support
A real person reads support email. VanlyGo is a product of Vanly Trade Management Ltd.
Write to support@getvanly.co.uk about estimates, invoices, payments, your account or VanlyGo Pro.
Send it from the email address on the account, and include the invoice or estimate number if your question is about one document.
Use Manage subscription in the app. It opens the subscription settings for the store where you downloaded VanlyGo, which handles renewals, cancellations and refunds.
If a subscription you already paid for is not unlocking, use Restore purchases in the app first.
Use Delete account in Settings. If you no longer have the app installed, follow Delete your VanlyGo account.
Deleting the account removes your business data. Cancelling Pro on its own does not.
Read the privacy policy and the terms of service for how VanlyGo handles your data and what the service covers.
Both carry the date they were last updated, so you can see when anything changed.
Use the store buttons on this site, in the header or in the Get the app section at the foot of every page.
Public invoice and estimate links expire after 90 days. Open the document in the app and send it again to give them a fresh link.
Use Restore purchases in the app. That re-checks the subscription with the store you bought it from and unlocks VanlyGo Pro.
Correct the email on the customer, then send the invoice again. The previous link keeps working until it expires, so avoid sharing it further.
Creating documents happens in the mobile app. This website carries the information pages, the legal pages, and the public links your customers open.
Not at the moment. Email support@getvanly.co.uk and we will pick it up there — it keeps a written record of what was agreed.
