Quoting on site
Start an estimate, pick the customer, and add the work from your saved items. The prices you already set are the prices that appear, so a familiar job takes seconds rather than a rebuild.
Preview the PDF and email it while you are still standing in front of the job. The customer opens it from the email or the public estimate link, without creating an account.
When the customer accepts
The public estimate page lets them accept it. VanlyGo records the name they type and the time they accepted, and tells you. That record is between you and your customer.
Once it is agreed, open the estimate and use Convert to invoice. The lines, prices and customer carry over. You do not retype the job to bill it.
What it costs
Estimates and invoices share the same monthly allowance: 3 a month on VanlyGo Free, unlimited on Pro. Converting an estimate is available on both.
Questions
Can the customer accept the estimate online?
Yes. The public estimate page has an accept action, and VanlyGo records the name they type. Treat it as their agreement to the quote, not a legal signature service.
Does converting keep the lines and prices?
Yes. Convert to invoice builds the invoice from the estimate, including the customer and every priced line.
How long is the estimate link live?
Public estimate links expire after 90 days. Send it again from the app if the customer comes back later.
Do estimates count towards the free limit?
Yes. VanlyGo Free covers 3 documents a month in total, whether they are estimates or invoices.
