An invoice in VanlyGo is the same short path as an estimate: customer, lines, preview, send.
Start from a new invoice or an estimate
- From Home, tap Create new, then Invoice.
- Or open an estimate and tap Convert to invoice.
Free accounts can send 3 invoices or estimates per month. Pro removes that limit.
Add the work
- Pick the customer.
- Add items you already priced, or type a one-off line.
- Check the tax name and totals for your country.
Your business logo can appear on Classic PDFs on Free. Documents include a VanlyGo footer until you subscribe to Pro.
Preview and email
- Preview the PDF. Send is available when the customer has an email.
- If there is no email yet, add one on the customer, then send.
- The customer opens the invoice from the email or the public link. They do not need an account.
Public invoice links expire after 90 days.
Getting paid
VanlyGo Pro can share a card payment link or QR code on a sent invoice. You can also mark the invoice paid if you were paid another way. See Collect payment.
